The Virtual  Coaching Model

Virtual Coaching Model (VCM) is used to provide pre-service and in-service teachers (who are observed from a remote location) with immediate feedback during instructional delivery. The VCM integrates Bluetooth technology, Skype, Google Hangout or Face Time platforms and data access privileges to create the virtual classroom. With the integration of these components, administrators, university supervisors and/or supervising teachers can discreetly observe and provide immediate feedback to teachers during instructional delivery.
